The bond between man, nature and spirit is the inspiration for this "heart" shaped piece. The sculpture was originally Inspired by the stone which I found in a Colorado quarry. I then fabricated a matching form from highly oxidized, pitted, aged steel from a metal recycler. This another piece in which I am exploring the dual nature of the universe and the unseen forces holding it together.
