Titan Rising is a landmark sculpture designed for the front of the Hewlett Packard building in City Centre Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The design was inspired by the desert landscape with it's frequent "dust devils" as well as the flow of information emanating from and entering into the building and its occupants. Composed of plate steel, the form is completely self supporting and has no internal structure. Designed as a kinetic piece, it silently rotates at one revolution per minute.
